Pre-Sales Phase
- Release of tender and scope of the project by the client.
- Submission of proposal, which includes the proposed design, the development model, the tentative plan and the price.
- Receipt of the Work Order/Purchase Order.
Analysis and Design Phase
- Seek and gather requirements of the project in detail and match with the final objective.
- Creation of conceptual design document and the project plan.
- Sharing of the conceptual design document and project plan with the client.
- Agree on the project plan and sign off on the plan agreed.
Development Phase
- Once the Analysis and Design phase is complete, the team works on creation of documents/products in the development phase.
For example,
- In case of an online training, storyboarding starts in the development phase.
- In case of a classroom training, the creation of the manuals begin.
- After the development of each deliverable is complete, the internal review happens in three rounds -
(Self Review, ID Review, and Quality Review)
- Once the deliverables have been signed-off by the internal review team the deliverable is forwarded to Testing Phase.
Testing Phase
- Testing the final product in mock environment to evaluate the effectiveness of the deliverable.
- Once the final deliverable has been signed-off by the internal review team, send it to the client for review.
Final Phase
In this phase, we address all client comments and
deliver the final product to the client for sign-off.
